We do everything in house from beginning to end and customizing our designs is very easy for us to do. We can also create custom designs from scratch if a good picture is provided. Please contact us in a private message and we will be happy to help.
We can make our rings to any size. Please google "Download ring size PDF" to get a printable file that will help you measure the size. If you like, we will be happy to mail you a ring size gauge at no charge, just message us. You can send us your size in UK format or any other, we will convert it to US sizing which we are accustomed to.
We offer a lifetime warranty that includes annual cleaning and prong tightening. We invite you to send your ring over every year to make sure its in tip-top shape. We recommend cleaning your ring with warm water and soap on a weekly basis to keep the sparkle on the diamond and shine of the metal.
We can certainly accommodate wholesale customs iin a small scale for jewelry and perhaps a slightly larger scale for diamonds, please contact us for details.
